What is Learndirect's cancellation policy?

In Learndirect, to cancel a course, you must contact the customer service team during office hours from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. You have the right to change your mind for 14 days and get a full refund of the purchased digital content (ie online course) unless you have already started downloading it. You must also return all hard copy materials related to the course in their original packaging to the merchant. All cancellations will be charged a 3% administrative cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund due to you.
